SIMON RYAN has become what is believed to be the only reporting accountant and AIM adviser in Liverpool, following his internal appointment to head the due diligence team at the Liverpool office of accountants and business advisers PKF.
Mr Ryan, who was born and raised in Liverpool, joins from the Manchester office of PKF.
He will principally be involved in due diligence work across the city, as well as developing PKF’s AIM corporate finance practice across the North West. He will also be undertaking a great deal of work in China and Liverpool’s twin city, Shanghai, in the run-up to the World Expo 2010, the world’s biggest business fair.
