Hoylake-based Heaps & Partners is a special-ist in fluid control equipment such as valv-es and actuators for all sectors, including energy and chemical.
Managing director David Millar has now acquired the company from other family mem-bers.Š Bootle-based accountants, SB&P, has helped oversee the deal.
Mr Millar said: “It’s an exciting time of change for us, and I’m pleased the process is successfully complete.”
