O’BRIENS Sandwich Bar has opened its third Merseyside cafe in Birkenhead.
John Irvin and Stephan Ashley, of Parkridge, have operated the Scottish master franchise for 10 years and been responsible for opening more than 40 outlets there.
They also operate fran- chises in England, including in Liverpool’s Castle Street. The latest cafe is at the Grange and Pyramids Shop- ping Centre, which welcomes 300,000 shoppers each week.
Mr Irvin said: “This fantastic new shopping centre location at the Grange and Pyramids will further boost the brand across the region. As this is a busy spot, our express-style café provides customers with a greater choice and also quicker turn around on their orders.
“At the same time, it benefits from the food court setting, which provides a comfortable, attractive environment where customers can sit, relax and take a break from their shopping.”
