New financial officer for recruitment firm

MERSEYSIDE recruitment firm Psycuity has appointed former iSOFT European chief financial officer, Claire Nuttall to their senior management team.

Ms Nuttall will oversee all financial management and corporate governance for the fledgling business consultancy, which is based in Newton-le-Willows, along with taking an active role in new business growth.

As competitor agencies trim staff and issue warnings of cutbacks in corporate spend and candidate confidence, Psycuity claims it is experiencing a boom in customer demand as companies and individuals turn to the principles of psychology to make informed business decisions.

Clients including Mint Financial Services and Beta Automotive are choosing Psycuity to deliver a diverse range of services.

Managing director Philip Hemsted said: “Every organisation needs to be able to attract and retain the very best candidates so that they can deliver the very best results.”
