Peter de la Perrelle, director of Peel Holdings’ leisure operation, said: "The Hampton by Hilton continues the successful development of Liverpool JLA and will bring a quality hotel product to the airport where guests will be able to walk undercover from the hotel directly to the terminal building."
Hilton have agreed the deal for the hotel just days after one of JLA’s main carriers, Easyjet, announced it would be adding three more destinations from Liverpool this summer.
Dubrovnik in Croatia, Naples, Italy and Bordeaux, France, will bring the number of routes from Liverpool to more than 20 and mean nine jets will be based at the airport.
