THE Liverpool Daily Post is forming a partnership with training provider Weightman Associates to organise a series of events for Merseyside business people.
The first of these will take place in April and will be a day-long seminar on industrial tribunals.
As well as providing vital information on up-to-the-minute case law, the event will also feature a mock industrial tribunal which will provide an opportunity to see exactly how the proceedings work.
The event, at Aintree Racecourse, will also provide a presentation on the procedural rules of tribunals, describing the steps which an employer must go through to maximise the chance of winning.
