AN AFFORDABLE housing group has launched a marketing campaign to find tenants for 95 apartments in the heart of Liverpool One.
Plus Dane Group block-bought the flats with a view to attract-ing city centre workers such as those employed around the £1bn shops development as well as teachers and nurses.
Rents have been set just below market value in order to place them within the affordable range of ordinary workers.
Spokesman Ben Clay said: “At a time sales are falling, the lettings market is picking up.”
