Property firm Sutton Kersh to manage Alexandra Tower

PROPERTY firm Sutton Kersh is to take over the management of Alexandra Tower, the 26-storey high-rise at Liverpool’s Princes Dock.

The building has 201 residential units and will be one of the largest properties in Sutton Kersh’s management portfolio, that also includes The Reach, on Leeds Street, which has 275 units.

The firm now manages nearly 2,000 units across Merseyside.

Tudor Roberts, director of the management department at Sutton Kersh, said: “The property management market is one of the few markets to have benefited from the over-supply of apartments across Liverpool.

“The increase in the number of new-builds in the City has helped us to grow our portfolio enormously over the last three years.”

Earlier this year, Millenium Estates, the developer behind Alexandra Tower, went into administration, and Zolfo Cooper was appointed as administrator.
