OFFICE space totalling 35,000 sq ft is now available within the £1bn Liverpool One development.
Space across three buildings – Stanley Building, in Hanover Street; Russell Building, in Peter’s Lane, and Compton House, in School Lane – is ready for immediate occupation.
The trio date from the 19th century and have been restored to create new office space within the heart of Liverpool One.
The portfolio includes this classic space as well as more modern offerings, such as the Bling Bling Building, and some commercial space within Liverpool One’s flagship residential building, One Park West.
In total, office space of 35,000 sq ft is available immediately, in separate units from 1,400 sq ft.
Letting agents Keppie Massie and Knight Frank have worked closely with Grosvenor to understand the pressures on occupiers in delivering a range of flexible terms.
Alex Henderson, from Grosvenor, said: “Each of these buildings has something very different to offer, but there is perhaps one overwhelming factor uniting them all and it is that by moving your business into Liverpool One, you are joining a broader, vibrant community of commerce.
“We understand the pitfalls of relocating, but we believe that the opportunity to occupy quality space, on flexible packages, makes becoming part of Liverpool One the obvious choice.”
Peppered Sprout recently became the first company to move into Liverpool One’s office space, taking two floors in Compton House comprising 4,325 sq ft.
Director of the company Chris Morris said: “The Liverpool One development has changed the face of the city. Combining retail, leisure, residential and office environments and communities it is truly unique to Liverpool, and has proved a huge success.
“We were keen to place ourselves in the heart of this landscape and, as we work with a wide range of cutting edge high street brands, it was good to be placed right on their door step.”
