Liverpool One scoops another prestigious award

THE £1bn Liverpool One retail development has triumphed over 26 UK cities and towns to win the Association of Town Centres Management award.

It recognises “the right mix of retailing, leisure, entertainment, culture, services, business, employment and housing” in a town or city centre.

World-renowned architects Pelli Clarke Pelli, who designed the One Park West residential element of Liverpool One, has also been short-listed for a Royal Institute of British Architects award North West in Manchester next month.
