ONE of the world’s leading airlines is deferring orders for four Airbus A380 superjumbos in the latest setback in what is proving to be a difficult year for the European aircraft manufacturer.
The Australian national carrier is one of three airlines – the others are Singapore Airlines and Emirates – currently flying the superjumbo, the wings for which are made at Broughton, near Chester.
