KEY players from the media and technology sectors will be meeting in Liverpool next month for a creative convention.
The b.TWEEN event, which will be held at FACT on June 11 and June 12, aims to build links between existing media companies and creative and digital entrepreneurs.
Some 250 people will attend, but more are expected to follow it live online.
Delegates include representatives from Channel 4, Penguin and social networking site Bebo.
Event director Katz Kiely said: “New challenges call for new solutions. The old gatekeepers that have ruled the roost for so long are having to figure out where they fit in the new digital landscape.
“b.TWEEN gives all the players in the new ecosystem the chance to share successes and challenges and to work together to find a new way forward.”
