THE North West team of commercial property agency, CB Richard Ellis, has won the Most Active UK Agent in Merseyside award in the EGi Deals Competition 2009.
The award was presented at an EGi reception in Liverpool.
The Liverpool team has been involved in numerous large deals across the North- West in the past year, including Prowell and Gelert.

THE North West office agency team at CBRE has been appointed to market Hurstwood’s 60,000 sq ft Leigh Business Park.
The office development, on the East Lancs Road, has 25,000 sq ft developed, with the final phase available for occupational requirements of up to 35,000 sq ft.
