ADMINISTRATORS from PKF (UK) have appointed Liverpool agency Edward Symmons to source an investor for a 3,000 sq ft retail and residential property in Holywell, North Wales.
A Grade II listed, three-storey mid-terrace property is located in a pedestrianised part of the established town centre and is made up of a cafe at ground- floor level and four residential apartments on the first and second floors.
Paul Parker, from Edward Symmons’ Liverpool team, said: “This investment opportunity provides a gross rental income in excess of £23,000, which has the potential to be increased to an estimated rental value of £29,000, based on the letting of the one remaining vacant apartment and rent reviews on the other three. This opportunity for increased income makes the property an attractive prospect for a canny investor, and we anticipate considerable interest on its sale.”
