PREMIER Apartments in Liverpool’s Hatton Garden have triumphed in its parent company’s group-wide awards.
The serviced apartment scheme was named the UK property of the year and the overall PREM Group property of the year 2008, beating developments in the UK, Ireland and Belgium.
The apartments were also recently named Self Catering Property of the Year 2008 in the Mersey Partnership Tourism Awards and have been nominated in the same category for 2009 in the Mersey Partnership Awards.
PREM is Ireland’s largest hotel management company with 37 properties and 3,440 bedrooms across Europe.
