THE Merseyside and Wirral Property Landlord Action Group is asking property owners to get in touch over Government plans to introduce mandatory licensing to the sector.
The buy-to-let market has become much bigger in recent years and it is thought greater regulation is needed.

Mr Globe, who also wants to hear the views of landlords, said: “This is a golden opportunity for affected parties to have their way on whether they agree or disagree.”
