A 3,100 sq ft retail unit has been secured at Bootle’s Stella Nova development by Inclusion Matters, a division of the NHS.
Inclusion Matters was launched in Liverpool in December 2008.
The organisation requires a high street presence and this can be provided at Stella Nova.
The signing was made in conjunction with Sefton Council.
This is the second signing in recent weeks for developer Dreaming Spires on behalf of Stella Nova and follows on from Clark and Davidson Estate Agents, who announced its tenancy earlier this month.
Stella Nova is offering 18,000 sq ft of ground floor retail space and commercial units and rents start as low as £10 per sq ft. Agents for the scheme are Fitton Estates.
