HITCHCOCK Wright & Partners (HWP) helped a restaurant operator find premises for a third venue in Liverpool city centre.
The North West Restaurant group already runs Bistro Pierre, in Button Street, and Bistro Jacques, in Hardman Street.
It has now launched Bistro Franc, in Church House, close to Liverpool One.
HWP acquired the premises for the group, which occupies 2,750 sq ft on two floors, from which the restaurant provides 110 covers.
