MAYFIELD Construction has been awarded the contract to build a £1.4m warehouse in Kirkby for Morning Foods.
The principal and specialist contractor will construct a 40,000 sq ft high-bay distribution warehouse for the Cheshire-based firm, which supplies a vast range of oat products worldwide.
Mayfield will oversee site clearance, reduced level excavation and off-site disposal, drainage installation, laying concrete pad foundations and internal/ external slabs, and will manage the erection of the frame.
