Chefs plan for Kitchen success

THE owners of three Hope Street eateries hope to build on the popularity of their cafe bar with the launch of a companion shop in the autumn.

Brothers Gary and Colin Manning will open The Quarter Kitchen this autumn, which will sell a range of the ingredients and products on offer in The Quarter.

They also run 60 Hope Street and pan-Asian restaurant HoSt.

Gary Manning said: “We have an ongoing commitment to job creation and investment in the area.

“Our three restaurants employ over 100 staff, and we strive to keep our supply chain local to further stimulate the local economy.”
