WIRRAL property agent Smith & Sons has leased a further 1,700 sq ft of office space at the Grade II former Post Office building, in the centre of Birkenhead.
Water industry consultancy Crowder Consulting has taken the space in a move that will facilitate its ongoing expansion plans.
Post Office House, the former main sorting office in Argyle Street, underwent a refurbishment and restoration programme in 2005, bringing the historic building back to its former glory.
Smith & Sons has just 1,500 sq ft of commercial property floor space still available at the property, occupying the top floor of the building.
Crowder Consulting is an engineering and software business that counts many of the UK’s water companies as long-term clients. Its growth is due in part to pressure by Government on water utilities companies to reduce leakage.
