LANGTREE has announced a further deal for its self-contained offices at Connect Business Village, in north Liverpool.
GLF Richards & Co has taken a 1,337 sq ft two-storey office on a five-year lease.
The firm of chartered accountants has more than 25 years of experience in advising individuals, solicitors, banks and businesses.
Owner of GLF Richards & Co, Donna Parry Richards, said: “The decision to relocate from Liverpool city centre to north Liverpool was made easier by Connect Business Village’s excellent location, which allows access to the North West motorway links and its close proximity to the city centre.”
Completed 12 months ago, Connect Business Village totals more than 60,000 sq ft of office space, including an 18,000 sq ft Centrix Business Centre providing serviced offices and pay-as-you-use conference facilities. The 15 self-contained offices provide accommodation from 1,270 to 3,330 sq ft.
