PROPERTY agents have completed five lettings in two weeks at the newly-refurbished Winwick Quay Business Park, in Warrington.
The new lettings – in total spanning more than 30,000 sq ft – include a five-year deal with sports footwear brand ASICS at the 12,300 sq ft Unit 21 Cameron Court.
The other deals are with Stort Eskens, AA Baits, S2 Photography and DC Marketing.
Joint letting agents on the deals were Colliers CRE and Riddelltps.
Terms have been agreed on a two further units, currently in the hands of solicitors.
The new lettings are complemented by a further three existing tenants which have agreed terms to renew their leases.
