PROPERTY agency CB Richard Ellis (CBRE) has made three new appointments to its North West business.
Peter Eiselt, Carole Bawden and Andy Ward have all joined the company this month and have taken various positions within the property management team. Mr Eiselt, formerly of Broll, an affiliate of CBRE in South Africa, has joined the property management accounting team.
Ms Bawden is returning to CBRE as a regional facilities manager, following a stint in Birmingham.
Joining the business from Bruntwood, Mr Ward’s role as regional operations manager will see him take responsibility for consistency, improved processes and standards across all of CBRE’s managed properties in the North West.
