MASON Owen has been appointed to join the team of agents letting space at Liverpool’s 20 Chapel Street office development.
Mason Owen will join fellow agents Hitchcock Wright & Partners and DTZ to represent and market the building.
The RIBA award-winning 20 Chapel Street has welcomed three new occupants to the building in recent weeks, further adding to the growing list of clients who already occupy space there.
On the first floor, award-winning advertising agency Finch has relocated from its former Covent Garden offices, accountants Jackson have taken space on the second floor and Elaine Cunningham, of Elaine Cunningham Interiors, has opened a 5,000 sq ft BoConcept store.
The agents say negotiations are ongoing with other prospective tenants.
