Novotel Hotel chain unveils ‘Eureka’ in Liverpool, a new concept in business meeting facilities

THE Novotel brand has come to Liverpool with the opening of a 209-room four-star hotel, on the city’s Hanover Street.

Hotels group Accor said the 12-storey development is its 32nd Novotel in the UK, all serving thriving city centres and busy business hubs.

Features at the contemporary hotel, styled by Belgian interior designer Patrick Dumont, include a new self check-in and check-out service, in-room entertainment systems and high-speed internet access.

A dedicated conference floor offers nine conference rooms as well as Eureka, a new all-inclusive meeting room designed to “encourage the free flow of creativity” with “unconventional furnishings” and state-of-the-art technology tools.

Karelle Lamouche, of Accor, said: “We are renowned for excellent standards throughout our hotels. Novotel Liverpool Centre sets the bar even higher with the launch of Eureka, Novotel’s brand new meeting room concept.

“A unique modular space specifically designed for brainstorming, the Eureka room incorporates everything from the latest equipment to comfortable, stylish furnishings and à la carte dining. We are proud to be introducing the Eureka concept in all of our hotels.”
