KEY players in the video gaming industry will descend on the Echo Arena and BT Convention Centre today for a major industry conference.
Develop, which organisers say is “designed to meet the demands of the thriving game community in the North”, will bring together developers from around the UK.
Speakers will include Michael Denny, senior vice president of Sony Computer Entertainment Worldwide Studios Europe.
Video gaming is a key sector in Merseyside, and key players include Bizarre Creations and Sony.
Develop runs alongside Liverpool Software City.
It will see technology entrepreneurs pitching their ideas to a panel of investors, including former Dragons’ Den star Richard Farleigh.
