ORBIT Developments has welcomed its first tenant to the newly-refurbished Academy Business Park in Knowsley.
A Mini Crane Hire has taken a 2,680 sq ft unit on a five-year lease to house its new business.
Peter Piekarus, managing director of A Mini Crane Hire and business partner Chris Riley said the new accommodation will allow them to service the whole of the North West.
Mr Piekarus added: “We are a new business but we believe we offer a solution to standard crane hire. Our mini cranes can easily fit into restricted areas.”
