Berkeley James appoints Keppie Massie for Southport scheme

DEVELOPMENT company, Berkeley James, has appointed Liverpool-based Keppie Massie and Southport company, Fitton Estates, to handle the commercial lettings of two new Grade A office facilities at Southport Business Park.

Two buildings will be built at the business park, each at three storeys high, occupying a total of 60,000 sq ft.

The development has already attracted interest.

Stuart Keppie, of Keppie Massie, said: “Southport has a good offering for businesses, given its improved profile in recent years.”
