THE Merseyside and Wirral Property Landlords Action Group is holding its final meeting of the year next week.
The group will gather at 7.30pm in the first floor function suite of the Queens Royal Hotel in Marine Drive, New Brighton.
The event will have a guest speaker – Tom Reynolds, of the National Landlords Association – who will talk about the Government’s proposed mandatory licensing registration scheme.
If brought into law, this would affect both private sector landlords and residential letting agents.
After the talk, there will be a question and answer session.
