Liverpool IT firm wins 15new clients

LIVERPOOL city centre-based IT Answers says it has won 15 new clients in the past four months.

The IT support specialist has revealed that charities Age Concern and Citizens Advice Bureau, plus law firms Abensons and Catherine Higgins Law have signed one-year contracts.

Headed by Judith O’Brien, the firm started in 2004 and now has 120 clients across the North-West and 11 members of staff.

Ms O’Brien said: “For the past four years, we have continued to go from strength to strength, attracting a diverse portfolio of clients.

“Some businesses and organisations use us just for a single operation, such as remote back-up.

“However, the majority utilise all of our services and products and we have been particularly successful in growing our client base of small and medium-sized firms (SMEs).

“The SME community need the same mix of quality, innovation and customer care as that experienced by larger organisations and that is where we differentiate ourselves by providing a value- added service.”
