DEVELOPER Prospect (GB) has appointed Tony Straw, of Rees Straw, to manage sales and marketing activity at its Meridian Business Village, in Hunts Cross, Liverpool.
The firm has also announced a change of letting agents which sees Keppie Massie now on board to work alongside Hitchcock Wright & Partners to let the available space.
Mr Straw formerly worked for UK Land & Property and has since co-founded Rees Straw, chartered surveyors specialising in development consultancy.
