DEVELOPER Spencer Holdings has appointed agents from Knight Frank to market two of its Merseyside schemes.
In Huyton, The Link provides approximately 160,000 sq ft of industrial accommodation on a seven-acre site.
Spencer Holdings has disposed of more than 70,000 sq ft and Knight Frank has been appointed as joint agent to dispose of the available accommodation.
The firm has also been instructed to market the remaining units at Sefton Business Park, in Deltic Road, Aintree.
The scheme comprises five units and is already home to Stearn and Camelot.
Liverpool-based Spencer has more than 5m sq ft of space across the UK.
