THE Citizen’s Advice Bureau (CAB) has taken 5,700 sq ft in a Liverpool city centre office building.
CB Richard Ellis, the leading commercial property consultancy, has secured a ten-year deal and let space at 1 Union Court, Liverpool, to the Citizen’s Advice Bureau on behalf of landlord Watson Prickard.
Over the last year, CBRE has also secured lettings in the building to Hogan Brown Solicitors, Working Links and Hamilton Reid.
The property, situated on the corner of Cook Street and North John Street, is now almost 70% let.
Howard Cockeram, managing director of Watson Prickard, said: “ Our agents, CBRE and Keppie Massie, have capitalised on the quality and location of our building and let well over half the vacant space in just 12 months.”
