LIVERPOOL is preparing to showcase its commercial property offer to an international audience at MIPIM next month.
It is the tenth consecutive year that the city has attended the trade fair in Cannes, France.
The annual event brings together investors, public sector organisations and commercial property professionals.
Despite the global recession, which has hit property and development particularly hard, 18,000 people from 79 countries attended last year’s event. The Liverpool stand is located in the Riviera Hall and will be used for meetings, business seminars, supporter presentations and networking.
It will focus on promoting the Liverpool offer, through displays, multi-media presentations and Liverpool representatives who will be selling the city’s offer.
Economic development company Liverpool Vision co-ordinates the city’s presence at MIPIM 2010, which is from March 16-19.
