ORBIT Developments has added to its list of retail tenants by securing lettings to Wren Kitchens & Bedrooms and The Carpet Company at Aintree Racecourse Retail Park, Liverpool.
Founded by Hygena entrepreneur Malcolm Healey, Wren has aggressive acquisition plans, and this 10,000 sq ft unit will be the chain’s third store. The Carpet Company has taken 1,031 sq ft on a 10-year lease.
Aintree Retail Park is a mixed-use development of business and retail units in Ormskirk Road, next to Aintree Racecourse and close to the Switch Island junction.
