THE UK arm of accountancy firm Mazars has come first in an independent customer satisfaction survey.
The Financial 360 survey conducted among readers of Accountancy Age and Financial Director showed Mazars to have received an overall satisfaction score of 73%.
This is 3% higher than its nearest rival in the study.
Mazars has an office in Liverpool and was recently announced as the official accountancy partner for the 2010 Tradition-ICAP Liverpool International Tennis Tournament.
The survey canvassed the opinions of 635 financial directors, chief financial officers and financial controllers on five aspects of service.
One of those surveyed highlighted the benefits of the firm’s dedicated partner-led approach.
The respondent said: “We knew in advance when the partner would be available and they stuck to it.” Others commended the strength of technical and commercial expertise.
