AGENTS at Mason Owen helped salon chain Andrew Collinge secure accommodation for its training division.
The facility occupies four floors of the former Barclays Bank building in Bold Street, Liverpool.
The training division has received Beacon Status from the Government for its work in the training of hairdressers.
Owner Andrew Collinge said: “The recent move of the Andrew Collinge Graduates Salon into Bold Street has been a great success.
“Gary Turner, of Mason Owen, did great job, ensuring the negotiations and the acquisition of the lease went through speedily.”
