Planning application in for Sainsbury’s Crosby supermarket scheme

THE planning application for a £50m scheme which includes a Sainsbury’s supermarket in Crosby has been lodged with Sefton Council.

The 150,000 sq ft scheme also includes a public transport interchange alongside retail units and a building for the community.

Bob May, director at planning consultants Turley Associates, said: “The proposed development would bring forward much needed investment in Crosby and benefit the local community directly.”
