A LIVERPOOL software provider is helping local authorities and care home providers in the North West deliver more cost-effective care and support services to vulnerable members of society and older people.
OptiCare Systems’ service automatically generates care worker schedules in minutes, while also creating financial savings for home care providers by helping them to manage their staffing resources more effectively. It works with Knowsley Council and Primary Care Trust’s Reablement Service.

OptiCare is hosted at Aimes Grid Services’ ISO 27001 certified data centre, at Liverpool Innovation Park.
