A YOUNG entrepreneur has brought new life to part of the former Rapid empire, in Liverpool’s Renshaw Street, by opening a designer fashion store.
Former make-up artist Lana Heath, 21, of Southport, opened April Boutique in part of Rapid’s former home and plans to offer labels not available elsewhere in the city.
Ms Heath says she is pleased to have opened her shop in an area ripe for regeneration. She said: “This is a great location that’s easy to drive to. It’s a part of town that needs to be built up more.”
