JUST five units remain out of the 21 units at Vesty Business Park in Bootle, owner Priority Sites said this week.
Vesty, situated off Bridle Road, is now home to Merseyside Fire Authority, Apollo Heating, the Mansfield Group, Hancocks Confectionery, Ultracell and Alan Howard Hair and Beauty.
The latest tenant to take space is Barkers Office Furniture, which has moved its headquarters to the park.
The development is a mix of single-storey industrial units and four semi-detached business/hybrid units all in a variety of sizes.
The hybrid/business unit accommodation is provided over two floors with ground floor predominantly designed for assembly space which can easily be converted into other uses such as laboratory/research or office space.
The remaining available units include a detached 21,500 sq ft unit with integral office space and dedicated service yard.Š
The scheme has wind turbines situated on the roof and a stand-alone turbine providing renewable energy, which not only reduces energy costs, but also provides the facility to export surplus power via the distribution network, thus potentially generating income.
Vesty Business Park is situated in Bridle Road, which is the principal estate road that runs through the Bridle Industrial Estate.
Phil Halsam, senior development manager at Priority Sites, said: “We are delighted at the ongoing success of Vesty and that Barker Office Supplies have decided to make it their HQ. Vesty is a great site in a great location.”
Agents are Hitchcock Wright & Partners and CB Richard Ellis.
