Chess in takeover of Warrington-based NPC Telecom

WARRINGTON-BASED firm NPC Telecom has been bought by Chess for an undisclosed sum.

Chess, a £26m-turnover business- to-business telecoms firm based in Alderley Edge, Cheshire, will take over NPC’s 1,000 customers.

Chess has an aggressive acquisitions strategy, with NPC becoming its 45th purchase in six years.
