ECONOMIC development agency Liverpool Vision is moving up five floors within the city’s Capital building.
The agency’s staff have been based on the fifth floor since May, 2008, but from next Tuesday will be operating from the 10th floor.
They are moving to accommodate the relocation of staff from the UK Border Agency.
Last year, the agency struck a deal with Capital owner Downing to take 220,000 sq ft of office space.
This was the biggest single letting in the history of the Liverpool city centre property market.
Ian McCarthy, director of corporate services at Liverpool Vision, said: “The main motivation for our move is to help the consolidation of the UK Border Agency within the city.
“We’re looking forward to a smooth transition to our new home and we will be open for business, as usual, on Tuesday, June 1, following the Bank Holiday weekend.”
