WIRRAL creative production house Mills Media has been praised by a client for helping to create a “memorable” conference.
The 125th anniversary Congress of PIANC – the World Association for Waterborne Transport Infrastructure – took place at Liverpool’s BT Convention Centre. It welcomed 600 delegates, partners and exhibitors from 41 countries. The event was one of the largest the centre had seen.
Mills Media had been working with PIANC to plan the event for more than four years.
Mike Thorn, chairman of the Congress organising committee, said: “The support and event management of Mills Media gave us a memorable Congress with nothing but praise from our international delegates.”
Andrew Mills, managing director of Mills Media, added: “The PIANC MMX Congress was the largest event we have ever organised and it utilised every service and department that we offer.”
