The building, located at the junction of Orwell Road and Westminster Road, in Kirkdale, will have a guide price of £100,000 to £150,000.
It comprises a traditional church building with adjoining sports hall and extends to approximately 12,488 sq ft on a site of 0.42 acres.
The property is suitable for continued non-residential use but may also have potential for alternative uses or re-development, subject to the necessary planning consents.
The property comprises a basement of 5,095 sq ft, a ground floor of 5,518 sq ft and a first floor of 1,875 sq ft.
Joint agents for the site are Liverpool-based Edward Symmons and Pugh & Company, which is based in Preston.
