A WAREHOUSE in Bootle, comprising 10,402 sq ft, is available for let.
Edward Symmons has been asked to find a tenant for the building on behalf of the owner, gaming giant William Hill.
The premises were formerly occupied by Stanley Racing, a subsidiary of Stanleybet.
When William Hill took over Stanleybet, in May, 2005, it inherited the two-storey former disaster recovery centre.
It is now surplus to William Hill’s current requirements.
Robert Diggle, partner at Edward Symmons, said: “This modern unit presents a great opportunity for a large business seeking high-quality office and warehouse space.
“Buildings of this size, within this area, are relatively few.”
