THE 3D film which is currently showcasing Liverpool to thousands of people every day at the World Expo in Shanghai is to be shown to Liverpool audiences.
The 10-minute journey around the city and region was produced by Liverpool production company River Media and has so far been shown to more than 300,000 visitors to the Liverpool Pavilion.
Liverpool City Council’s cabinet member for employment and skills, Cllr Nick Small, said: “Opening the film to the public is a great way to bring the action and excitement from Shanghai home. People can see for themselves why the Liverpool Pavilion has proved such a success in Shanghai.”
The film will be screened at the Beatles Story’s second site in the Mersey Ferry Terminal on August 25, September 22 and October 20, from 6.30pm to 8pm.
