Liverpool’s Columbus Quay gets £50,000 makeover

A WATERFRONT office building is to undergo a £50,000 “top-to-toe” refurbishment in order to attract tenants.

Columbus Quay, which is in Sefton Street, just a couple of miles from Liverpool city centre, will be getting a whole new look.

Interior design specialists have been commissioned to create a new colour scheme and total new contemporary look to the building.

New carpets are being installed throughout with a new lighting scheme.

Other improvements will include the installation of new kitchens and toilets on each floor and new branding and signage.

The two floors available at first and second floor levels comprise 1,950sq ft and offer views across the River Mersey. These are available to let together or separately.

The individual floors are fully fitted and provide suspended ceilings and 16 on-site parking spaces are available. The property is protected by 24-hour security.

The agents appointed on the scheme are Hitchcock Wright & Partners.

Brian Ricketts, partner at Hitchcock Wright, said: “This is a truly spectacular scheme which offers a perfect and impressive working environment in terms of quality, price and location.

“The interior transformation is now nearly complete and is available to view.”
