LAW firm MSB Solicitors has chosen Silkhouse Court, in Liverpool city centre, as the location for its new office.
The legal practice has agreed to occupy 2,600sq ft of office space on the 13th floor of Silkhouse Court, in Tithebarn Street.
The office will deal solely in company commercial property and commercial litigation work.
Silkhouse Court provides office accommodation over 14 storeys that offer panoramic views across the city.
Recently refurbished and re-fitted, the building has a new entrance and reception, new high- speed lifts, perimeter air conditioning throughout and secure parking.
MSB’s existing partners, Paul Bibby, Sean Sexton and Emma Carey have been joined by three new partners, Mark Forman and Neil Kelly, formerly of CFK Legal and Nick Sweeney formerly of Brabners Chaffe Street.
Hitchcock Wright & Partners and Mathews and Goodman are agents for Silkhouse Court.
